RESERVING A ROOM to ATTEND
To attend the wedding the resort prefers that you stay a minimum of 3 nights.
To reserve your spot, a deposit is required:
- $150 per adult for room-only reservations; $75 per child deposit; this amount is subtracted from the cost of your room.
Additional costs include insurance fees if you choose to opt in. This insurance deposit is due at the time of booking and will be deducted from your total cost. *It is suggested that guests book their own flights to attend the wedding, we are happy to help with flights as well.
Note:
You do not need to present your passport at the time of booking. However, ensure you have it ready by your travel date.
To officially confirm your attendance at the Peaden Destination Wedding, please reserve your room at the latest by August 13, 2024. Your timely reservation assists in making the event planning seamless, gives you more time to pay on your reservation. and ensures your participation in this joyous occasion.
TRAVEL PROTECTION (IMPORTANT)
It is highly recommended to opt for Travel Protection on all bookings. This measure ensures you are safeguarded from any penalties should there be a need to cancel or amend your reservation. The cost for this protection will be clearly outlined to you upon inquiry about booking a reservation, ensuring complete transparency and peace of mind in your travel plans. THE FINAL PAYMENT

PAYMENT PLANS
After placing your initial deposit, you're free to make payments as frequently as you prefer. The key requirement is ensuring that the total balance is fully paid by *March 4, 2025**. This flexibility allows you to manage your budget effectively while securing your attendance at the Peaden Destination Wedding. Your commitment to adhering to this final payment date is crucial and highly appreciated.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION
